Verdict

MAYBE

The technical foundation is visible, but the most job-relevant proof appears after a broad skills list.

This verdict is a simulated review based on a consistent communication rubric. It is not a prediction of what any real recruiter or employer will decide.

Global / neutral · Reality check

The projects can do the talking. The skills list keeps interrupting them.

The hard truth

A recruiter should not have to excavate the page to discover that real people used your work. Right now, the resume introduces the toolbox before it proves you can build anything with it.

Market lens

Across early-career markets, shipped work, clear ownership, and visible outcomes travel better than a long inventory of technologies.

What I noticed first

A capable early-career engineer with hands-on React work, though the resume initially reads like a list of tools rather than evidence of building useful products.

  • Multiple shipped web projects
  • Practical React and TypeScript experience
  • Evidence of team-based development

What I almost missed

The strongest signal is a project used by a student organization; it demonstrates real users and ownership but is placed below less persuasive coursework.

Biggest confusion

The opening summary says “passionate problem solver” without identifying the kind of frontend problems the candidate is ready to solve.

Three things to fix

1Put shipped work before the tool list+

The projects provide stronger evidence than isolated technology names.

Do this: Move the two most relevant projects directly below the summary and lead each with what was built.

2Replace the generic opening+

The summary takes space without creating a distinct professional position.

Do this: Name the target role, strongest technical area, and the clearest proof already on the page.

3Turn duties into decisions+

Several bullets describe participation but not individual contribution.

Do this: Clarify what was implemented, the constraint handled, and the observable result where the resume already supports it.

One before-and-after

Before

Worked on a React website for a student organization.

After

Built and launched the React event site used by the student organization to publish schedules and updates.

The rewrite preserves the claim while making ownership and utility easier to see.

First impression

Strong project evidence is present, but it appears too late.

Lead with shipped work, not a long tool list.
